Australia: 2-10 business days

Items are shipped with Australia Post as standard parcels or registered letters - this includes full tracking.

Express shipping (which also includes tracking) is available as an upgrade at checkout.

If your order is returned to me and a refund is requested, I may charge a small restocking fee to cover the costs of initial postage to you. The restocking fee will apply in these circumstances:

>> Item/s returned due to wrong address provided by buyer
>> Item/s returned due to non-collection
>> Item/s returned due to buyers change of mind

The restocking fee will reflect the actual costs of postage incurred, and therefore depends on the method of postage & destination:

Australia: $3 to $9 AUD

International: $9 AUD

This is in addition to the postage paid, if charged.

If reshipment is required for returned items, additional postage charges will apply.

Packaging:
I am currently using small cotton bags or small gift boxes as packaging/gift wrapping. If you order multiple items, they will usually be packed in one bag or box by default.

If you are buying multiple items as gifts and would like separate packaging for each, please let me know which items need separate packaging -you can leave a note at checkout.

Gift Messages:
If you are sending your order to someone as a gift, and would like to include a note to the recipient, please leave a short message at checkout. I use small business-size note cards for this purpose and will hand write the message for you.

Eco resin jewellery has a durable and generally waterproof finish, however some special care is required to keep it at its best.

• Store away from direct sunlight
• Avoid scratching or dropping the resin and ideally store separately from other jewellery.
• Prevent exposure to heat sources (this includes hot cars in summer!)
• Avoid letting the jewellery soak in water (showers, swimming etc)
• Avoid exposure to chemicals (nail polish removers, perfume, hair spray etc)
• Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap
